Avon Wildlife Trust are running a series of taster days Febuary (15th & 22nd) for the new "Wellbeing through nature programme" which starts in March 2017.

The sessions are suitable for those who experience mild to moderate depression, anxiety or stress. The taster sessions will take place at Feed Bristol, with transport avaliable from Horfield health centre at 9:30am (returning at 2:30pm).

During the taster session you will have the oppurtunity to light a fire and make some bread. Be sure to wear old clothes and sturdy footwear.

Hot drinks and buscuits are provided, but, you will need to bring your own lunch.
