How often have you wished that life would slow down and give you a moment to breathe? Do you feel you need to release stress and tension so you can relax more? Could you do with loosening tightness in your body and improving you stability. These sessions, for all ages and mobility, can help by using very simple movements and mindfulness that can be done standing or sitting. Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing is easy to learn and will give you specific ways to help you relax and enjoy more of your life. No experience necessary.
The sessions are run by Andrea Bailey on Wednesdays in the Studio at 10.30 – 11.45 – term time only. It costs £4.00 per session.
