All the services previously available through Council Connect at the Guildhall and other locations have moved here. You can now access a wide range of Council services, and get help and advice from a number of other public and voluntary organisations in one convenient location.
Services available at the One Stop Shop
A variety of face to face services are offered by the Council and our partner organisations.
Self-serve kiosks, computers and telephones are available to:

The Healthy Lifestyle Service offer a Stop Smoking service on Tuesday, 8.30am – 1pm (drop-in service), Thursday 1pm – 5pm (appointment only via 01225 831852), and Saturday 10am – 12 noon (drop in service at the Shopmobility entrance);
The Carers’ Centre offers help and advice for carers, of any age, who provide unpaid help to family or friends who couldn’t manage without their support. Tuesday 9.30am – 1pm (drop-in service).
