| Full Description | Bath and North East Somerset Care and Repair is a Home Improvement Agency which provides a range of practical services designed to support older, disabled and vulnerable people and enable them to continue to live safe, warm and secure within their own homes. The Home Improvement promotes independence, reduces the need for residential care and hospital admissions and improves the equality of life for the client group.
We also operate a Re-ablement and Post Discharge Support service, including a Home Safety Check Service. |
