Action for ME also campaigns to government and the medical profession for better understanding, treatment and research. It has a range of information sheets and booklets and a telephone support line.
There is a nationwide network of local support groups.

Our support service is staffed by fully trained volunteers who offer support, understanding and information to people affected by M.E.
All our volunteers understand the problems that M.E. can cause. They're here to support you, whether you have M.E. yourself, or you're a friend or family member. They offer confidential support and information on general aspects of the illness such as pacing and managing M.E.
