Our One Stop Shops are specifically designed for visits by the public. We deal with questions about:
• Council Tax
• Housing and council tax benefits
• Homelessness and housing waiting lists
• Housing services (Merlin tenants should contact their housing officer)
• Streetcare, refuse and recycling collections
• Community care
• Road repairs and much more
Our highly trained staff have the authority to deal with your question, arrange services and resolve problems on your behalf. In some cases it will not be possible to answer your question at once. If this is the case we will record the necessary information and send it to the relevant department. We will also photocopy your original documents.
Whilst our staff are here to answer a wide range of enquiries we also provide a range of leaflets.
Our One Stop Shops have been adapted to ensure that any customers with physical or sensory impairment can access our services. Translation services are available for customers whose first language isn't English.

Each One Stop Shop has private interview room facilities should you wish to speak to an officer about a confidential matter.
