Bristol Older People's Forum (BOPF) is a charitable equalities organisation representing older people in Bristol. Membership is free for those aged 55+ in Bristol. Members receive 3 newsletters a year and are invited to attend open forum meetings with the opportunity to hear speakers, ask questions and find out more about how to influence local decision makers to ensure services meet their needs. Trustees and others work hard to represent members and sit on various bodies and groups to strengthen the voice of all older people. Members are also asked to complete surveys to ensure their needs and views are known.
