Jobcentre Plus is a part of the Department for Work and Pensions and offers support for people of working age.
Jobcentre Plus aim to:
- help more people into paid work
- help employers fill their vacancies, and
- give people of working age the help and support they are entitled to if they cannot work.

Jobcentre Plus deals with a number of working age benefits. To make a claim for benefits call 0800 055 6688 (8am - 6pm Monday to Friday). A textphone service is available if you have a speech or hearing impairment - call 0800 023 4888.
You can claim Income Support, Employment and Support Allowance or Incapacity Benefit online. You can also claim Jobseeker's Allowance online. Visit www.jobcentreplus.gov.uk to see all of our online services.
