KeyRing supports vulnerable adults to live independently in the community. We provide a service that helps people with Housing Related Support, weekly budgeting, debt management, daily living skills, emotional support, health related support, community connections, educational support, employment support, building friendships, volunteering,people can get involved with KeyRing itself and much more.

Our services are called Networks and people that join our Networks are called Members as what you would have is a Membership into KeyRing that would give you all of the above and more.
KeyRing also encourage mutual support so as well as having layers of support from a Manager, a Support Worker and a Volunteer, people will give and receive to each other. this enables people to build natural friendships, build confidence and helps everyone feel safer in their community.
KeyRing provide support in the evenings and at weekends wherever needed by a volunteer that lives close by or Members can ring our Out of Hours support line which is operated by staff.

All staff and volunteers are trained in LD qualifications
All Managers complete QCF Management Diploma

All staff and volunteers are trained in safeguarding adults and will have been included in the LA’s local safeguarding training and well trained in those procedures.

All volunteers used in the service have the same Induction and ongoing training as paid members of staff.

All staff and volunteers have Risk Assessment Training, Lone Working Training, Individual Support Training, Domestic Violence Training, Aspergers Training, Mental Health training, Resilience Training. Outcome Star Training on a rolling basis.

All staff and volunteers have external local training or courses that are deemed appropriate to Members of the service. Some staff will be trained in Sign Language or dementia, Mental Health courses if it was deemed appropriate.
