Microfilm and microfiche machine available with back copies of Thornbury Gazette on microfilm.

Library has a computerised issue system and catalogue on computer with large print facility.

Library has 12 public PCs with free internet access and many on-line reference sources including Ancestry and "Access to Research". We also offer computer help with volunteers including help with Ancestry.

We subscribe to Which? Online consumer reports, for use within the library. Ask a member of staff to log you on.

Supportive groups – all libraries encourage parents and carers to network and support each other at their children’s activities. All libraries run/can put people in touch with adult reading groups which are also sources of social support.
