Caring in Bristol
Description

Caring in Bristol is a charity which delivers vital support to homeless and vulnerable people all year round through effective, volunteer driven projects. Our vision is for a society where people in need have hope, a home and are linked to a community that can help them. We have three foundation projects; Caring at Christmas which provides companionship, accommodation, food and support at Christmas for rough sleepers and vulnerable people; Bristol Nightstop which provides emergency accommodation for young people when no one else can help; The Survival Handbook which provides vital information for people in crisis in the city. We are an independent Charity with the freedom and autonomy to create projects which ‘fill the gaps’ where we see emerging need and to focus our work on prevention and support. We have been established for over 25 years and over this time have worked with hundreds of volunteers in Bristol.

Bristol Nightstop accepts referrals 10am-4pm Monday to Friday. The Christmas shelter is direct access.
