Services Available to People at Home

Reachout offer different service depending on the needs of the individual. Assessment will be complete to ensure that individual receive the correct support package.
Reachout offers;

• 1:1 tenancy related support
• 1:1 day services
• 1:1 community service
• 1:1 intense Support Packages.

Funding is needed for all service provided by Reachout, however there is a number of funding system which can be used to ensure individuals receive support.


Individual support packages. empowerment, lead by service users. Hours that suit individuals from 1 hours to 24 hours a day. Professional and trained staff.
