We offer face to face advice at our office in Thornbury. No appointment is needed. Drop-in sessions operate on a first come first serve basis. Everyone who comes to a drop-in session will have a short assessment interview, where we can help find you information to solve your problems. If necessary, we’ll make you a further appointment to look at it all in more detail.
We also have an Adviceline which you can ring for straightforward and practical advice from your local CAB. We'll point you in the right direction for the information you need to take the next steps in solving your problems.
Where we can, we'll try to give you the right resources to manage the situation yourself, by providing factsheets and referring you to reliable websites, but if that does not suit you or you need further help we can arrange to see you by appointment in your local bureau.
