This service (also known as Bristol Dial-A-Ride) picks you up from your home. Anyone can use the service provided that you live within the Bristol city boundary and find it difficult or cannot use public transport, whether you are older or have a mobility or communication impairment. All the vehicles are fully accessible, with a lift and accessible steps, and seat belts are fitted as standard. Wheelchair users can be transported safely, and all the buses are in radio contact with the office. You can use the service for whatever you need to do, e.g. visiting friends and relatives in your area, going to local shops, Bingo halls and clubs, attending Adult Education classes, visiting the library, etc.
For further information telephone the office between 09:00 - 17:00 Mon - Thurs and 09:00 - 16:30 Fri. Trip requests can be made the week before intended travel.

Is there a cost for these services?
To use the service you must be a member and pay an annual membership fee (currently £24.00). Those passengers with a concessionary travel card can travel for free, all other passengers pay £2.00 per journey (each way).
