Description

Bath & North East Somerset Council has Libraries in Bath; Weston Village; Moorland Rd Bath; Paulton; Midsomer Norton; Radstock; Keynsham; and Saltford. 1 mobile library visits rural and outlying areas on a fortnightly rota. .

Computer Access is available in all libraries. There are concessionary rates for disabled borrowers and some on benefits.

Large print keyboards, trackball ,screen reading software and hearing loops are available.

The Home Library Service is available for residents of B&NES with mobility or other disabilities who cannot get to a library. For enquiries about using this service please call 01225 394041 for details.

All Libraries have Large print books , audio books and DVDs with subtitling. Bath Library also has music CDs .
Free e-audiobooks and e-books can be downloaded via the LibrariesWest website www.librarieswest.org.uk
There are meeting rooms, an exhibition room and display space for hire.

Books on Prescription collections are available in every library. These are books recommended by healthcare professionals covering mental health and wellbeing issues. They can be reserved free of charge from the Libraries website www.librarieswest.org.uk
Assistance dogs are welcome.
Bath Library is above Waitrose Supermarket and is accessible by lift, escalator or by stairs.

There are toilet facilities on the same floor adjacent to the Waitrose Cafe
