CHAS (Bristol) Housing Advice Service provides free and confidential advice on housing and related matters, to anyone in housing need in Bristol and the surrounding area. We also provide basic advice on debt and welfare benefits problems, if related to the primary housing issue.
Access: No public access to the CHAS office. We operate through outreach appointment sessions at central Bristol locations and carry out home visits where necessary.

Customers need to phone for an appointment. Generally there will be an answerphone service. Customers should leave their full name and contact number, and an adviser will call back when available.
