Welcome to the Mental Health Employment Portal's information library.

This portal is for everyone, and has been set up to support paid work, social inclusion and recovery for people with mental ill health. Our intention is that bringing everything together in one place will help you to get the information you need without getting lost in long searches.

To complement the portal's directory of services, this free library will signpost to key background resources useful to anyone looking for or trying to keep a job, anyone who employs someone with mental illness, or anyone trying to help someone with mental ill health find or keep work. The first of these it the Work Aware electronic toolkit.

Work Aware has been made possible with the assistance of the Bristol Employment Working Group.

Together with the list of services in the main section of the portal, and the other free resources that will be linked to in this section, Work Aware aims to provide a new tool for anyone fighting employment-related discrimination against people with mental ill health.
