The Mental Health and Employment Portal’s news and events page is a service for all organisations or groups who are registered users of Well Aware.
To get your news item or event added to the page, just email the following details to firstname.lastname@example.org:
· Your name
· Your organisation or group
· Name/brief description of event
· Date of event
· Start/finish time
· Contact details for further information (name,
telephone number plus email where possible)
Alternately you can call (freephone) 0808 808 5252 and give the details over the phone. Please note all details will be displayed on the page unless otherwise specified.
If you are not a registered organisation or group on Well Aware, click on the Login/Register button and register as a new user to join. There is no charge for using the Events diary or being listed on Well Aware.
B&NES Books On Prescription Guide

The Library Services, via local doctors and mental health professionals, offer a the scheme to people who want to use self-help. These professionals have compiled a list of recommended self-help books which have been bought by the libraries.
A prescription for a book will be issued to you by your health professional and can be exchanged at the library. Collections of the books in the scheme are based at Bath Library, Midsomer Norton Library, Radstock Library and Keynsham Library. Anyone with a book prescription may ask at any library to reserve their book free of charge, if it is not there at the time.
