How To ... Register your group/organisation/service on Well Aware
Adding your service to Well Aware is simple. Firstly, go to the Well Aware homepage: www.wellaware.org.uk, then click on 'Register' at the top of the page.
As a new user, you will be asked to provide the type of user you are (select "Organisation" if you intend to add a listing to Well Aware), your name and email address. You will also be asked to choose your own password. This can be anything you like. Please make sure you fill in all the boxes
Once you have registered, you can add your service to Well Aware by going to the ‘Add New Organisation’ section of the home page – this section will appear once you have registered or logged in. You can also add a new event by clicking on the ‘Add New Event’ button.
Next fill in the form – there are five tabs/pages to fill in. Each page is short and you may not need to complete all of them. You can fill out as much or as little as you like, though the more you fill out, the more likely someone is to click on your entry.
When you are finished filling in the five tabs/pages, click the ‘Create Organisation’ button at the bottom of page. This will send your entry to the Well Aware Team at The Care Forum.
The entry will not be visible on the website until it has been checked by a member of The Well Aware Team. This will normally be done within two working days of submission. If you can’t see it on the site by then, contact us.
Your entry will then be on the public website.
You can access your entry at any time to review and amend it by the same process as above. Any changes will be checked by a member of the Well Aware Team before becoming visible on the website.
