Below is a list in Easy English. The organisations in it help people with learning difficulties.
Mental Health - Feeling Down
This guide will help you understand and take care of your mental health and wellbeing. (Easy Read)
Milestones used to be called Aspects and Milestones up until recently. They provide lots of services for people with learning difficulties.
You can use them if you live in Bristol, South Gloucestershire or North Somerset.
They can provide you with a place to live. Each of their homes has its own character, such as a women-only house, a retired but active group, or a young and independent group.
They can arrange for someone to come to your home and support you with everyday tasks.
They can also help you to increase your social skills and develop new relationships with a wider range of people within your own community.
Or they can help you find a job.
The Trust also supports people with learning difficulties to access lifelong learning through education and training.
To find out more about the work of Milestones, go to www.milestones.org.uk or call Heather Child on 0117 970 9389.
