If you are blind, partially sighted, or have dual sensory loss you may qualify for benefits or allowances to support you in your daily life - at home, with travel, in work or in education. For example:

1. Disability Living Allowance (DLA)

2. Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)

3. Disabled Students Allowance (DSA)

The benefit system is quite complex and subject to frequent changes. For advice about specific benefits telephone Action for Blind People on 0117 953 7750 or go to the website www.actionforblindpeople.org.uk
