Bristol Disability Equality Forum are looking for steering group members!Big changes are coming in Bristol to fight the climate crisis. If done poorly these changes could create difficulties for Disabled people, but if done well they will be an amazing chance to make Bristol better and fairer for Disabled people. To make sure these are changes for the better, the Bristol Disability Equality Forum is bringing Disabled people in Bristol together to:1. Feed into the council’s plans 2. Create a Climate Action Plan for Disabled people in BristolThe plans will make quality life better at the same time as lowering our carbon emissions.Read more: bristoldef.org.uk/community-climate-action/ We need you to bring the project to life!Steering group members: To guide this work we are forming a steering group of Disabled people in Bristol. This group will meet once a month for at least a year to guide the project. We will choose members so that the group is as diverse as possible.
