Bristol Repair Cafes

What do you do with a chair when the leg has come loose? With a toaster that no longer works? Or a woollen jumper with moth holes? Toss it? No way! You can repair it at the Repair Café.

Repair Cafes want to help reduce mountains of waste, help neighbours get in touch with each other in a new way, and show that a lot of know-how and practical skills can be found close to home!

Bristol’s Repair Cafe had an amazing first event in November 2013 with over 100 people in attendance, and has been running once a month since. Got something needs fixing? Bring it in to us we will give it a go fixing with you – yes you even get a lesson in how its done! And all for free with our lovely volunteers. We fix clothes, furniture, electronics, electrical… See you there!
