Changes Bristol

Changes currently runs 11 weekly support groups, 9 of which are for any adults suffering mental distress and 2 that are wellbeing support groups for over 55s in collaboration with LinkAge.

The format of meetings is a relaxed approach to a traditional 12-step programme, designed to help those suffering from any form of mental health problem to cope with day to day life. The groups are friendly and welcoming, and are made up of people of all ages and from all different backgrounds. There is no referral process, simply come along to your nearest group and you can attend the meetings for as long as you need the support.
