Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) – Bristol

Bristol Citizens Advice Bureau is an independent charity that provides free, impartial advice and information on a range of issues. We can help with most everyday problems from benefits, employment to housing and debt.

Before using our service we would encourage you to visit our national website www.citizensadvice.org.uk where you will find information about all the main areas of advice including: Benefits, Debt, Housing, Employment, Consumer, Family etc.

Drop-In Sessions

At the drop-in at our main office you will receive a short interview so we can get an overview of your needs and decide on the most appropriate advice to meet them. You may then be given an appointment with one of  our advisers, provide with you with the information you need, or we may refer you to another agency who is better able to help.

Often, our service gets very busy and it is first come, first served so we do advise you to arrive no more than thirty minutes before the drop-in opens. We may have to turn people away if there is a large demand for our service on that day.
