South Glos Drug and Alcohol Service (DHI)

Our integrated South Gloucestershire Drug and Alcohol Service is here to help anyone in the area who is struggling with drugs or alcohol. We only work with those who are 18 or over and resident in South Glos. We mainly work out of hubs in Warmley, Yate and Patchway, we also have some services in GP surgeries.

If you need support with your use of any drugs or alcohol, then get in touch for free and confidential help. You can contact us directly, no referral needed, on 01454 868750 or 0800 0733011. We are available Monday to Friday 9-5.

Everyone who wants help from us will get an initial assessment. We then work with you and discuss your needs and how we can help. Our services include:

  • 1:1 sessions
  • Structured group programme (including abstinence support groups and mutual aid)
  • Harm reduction advice and needle exchange
  • Naloxone training and provision
  • Preparation for detox
  • Criminal justice service
  • Opiate substitution therapy
