Men’s Advice Line

The Men’s Advice Line helpline provides a range of services aimed primarily at men experiencing domestic abuse from their partner.

They do this by:
*Giving men a chance to talk about their experiences
*Providing emotional support
*Providing practical advice
*Providing signposting to a range of services including housing and legal options
*Providing solutions that are focused on the needs of callers
*Non-judgmental approach
*Informed by research
*Led by practice

Men’s Advice Line also provides a range of services to professionals from both the statutory and voluntary sector. These include:
*Best practice when working with male victims of domestic violence
*Information and advice about local service provision for male victims of domestic violence
*Provision of resources
*Provision of training
