Energy Efficient Homes
Warmer and more energy efficient homes
As a homeowner in Ashley, Easton or Lawrence Hill, you may be eligible to receive financial help to install loft insulation, a new boiler and heating controls and solar panels to your home.
Energy efficient measures
With the help of funding from REPLICATE, you could receive up to 90% off the cost of loft insulation and up to 25% off a new, more efficient boiler.
These simple additions to your home will help you to feel warmer for longer during the winter. You’ll also save money off your energy bills, whilst helping to reduce your carbon footprint.
Solar panels
Solar panels can help provide clean, green energy for homes and can significantly reduce carbon outputs.
You could receive up to 25% towards the installation costs of solar panels for your home, with the help of REPLICATE funding.
Opportunities to get involved
REPLICATE funding is only available for homeowners living in Ashley, Easton and Lawrence Hill on a ‘first come first served’ basis.
To find out if you’re eligible and how much you could save, please complete the registration form.
Please note that as this is a research project, you must be willing to make your energy bills available for a period of 2 years prior to the installation of the measure and also 2 years after install is complete. This will help our research partners at University of West England establish how effective the energy saving measure has been. University of West England will also be conducting some qualitative research alongside this analysis.
