Parenting Courses, Advice and Support – Bristol City Council
We run a range of parenting courses for parents of children aged 2 to 18 years old.
We have courses about:
- young children
- teenagers
- children with challenging behaviour
- teenagers with aggressive or abusive behaviour or who’ve been involved in the criminal justice system
See the full list of our parenting courses (pdf, 202KB) (opens new window) .
You’re welcome to join courses up to the second week, or third if the course starts with a taster session. If you’re too late to join a course that’s already started, you can sign up for the next course.
Contact your local Early Help Team at earlyhelpeastcentraladmin@bristol.gov.uk if you’re not sure which course is right for you.
Children’s centres and support
Children’s centres also offer parenting support for parents with children under 5.
