South Gloucestershire Talking Therapies offers a variety of services to people experiencing depression/anxiety/stress and to those looking to improve their general wellbeing. We offer a range of interventions including psycho-educational courses and self-help materials to teach management techniques, based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). We also offer 1:1 sessions and signpost to specialist services.
South Gloucestershire Talking Therapies is run by trained practitioners who listen to, and discuss your problems with you. They can also help you to find ways of tackling or coping with them. Wellbeing Therapies are suitable for a variety of problems, including:
- Work related stress
- Anger difficulties
- Relationship difficulties
- Eating problems
- Long term physical health conditions
