Support Groups We run weekly support meetings throughout Bristol and online where we provide support for adults suffering from mental distress. Our meetings are there to provide you with:Encouragementfrom a group of people who can share their insights and experience and who understand what you are going through.Support at a time when your belief in yourself and ability to cope with life may be at a low ebb.Guidance from our Steps to Recovery programme which has been specifically designed to help you recover from mental distress.At our meetings we will help and encourage you to set goals for yourself so that you can start to make small but measurable steps towards being well again.
