Information and Advice
We offer an information and advice service in our offices in 18 Kingsmead Square, Bath, at the One Stop Shop, 3-4 Manvers Street, Bath and also at Radstock Methodist Church, Keynsham One Stop Shop, and Paulton Library Hub. Our friendly team of trained staff and volunteers can provide you with information and advice on pensions, benefits, housing, lasting power of attorney, care and health plus many other topics. If you would like advice then get in touch to arrange an appointment.
Our befriending service offers someone to give a little bit of support and encouragement to do the things you want to do or just see you at home for a cup of tea and a chat.
Fit as a Fiddle
We offer a range of different groups throughout the area offering a great way to meet new people, stay fit and healthy and learn new things:

Toe nail cutting
This is a free service in Bath, Keynsham and Midsomer Norton. There is an initial charge of £10 for clippers and a file for you to keep. You can have five appointments each year.
Meet friends, have a chat and enjoy a home cooked lunch. The club meets on a Tuesday and Wednesday at St Michael's day centre in Bath.

A great opportunity to make new friends and have a fun day out. You can enjoy a hearty lunch, activities, companionship, outings and talks.
A minibus can collect you and return you home.
Home from Hospital
We can collect you from hospital and settle you back in at home. We can visit over the next seven days and provide help with shopping, collecting prescriptions, light cleaning, advice and information and support and reassurance.
This service provides extra support whilst you are getting better. We work in partnership with our local health team and can offer up to 2 weeks of practical support.
We have a variety of volunteering opportunities available. Training and support is available and travelling expenses are paid.
