Bristol City Council is committed to providing quality leisure and sporting facilities for the local community. The council’s two stand-alone pools, four leisure centres and two sports centres are owned by the Authority and are now managed on their behalf by a professional leisure management company called Sports and Leisure Management Limited (SLM) under a 10 year partnership agreement with the council.

The facilities managed by Sports and Leisure Management Limited (SLM) are Bristol South Swimming Pool, Jubilee Swimming Pool, Easton Leisure Centre, Henbury Leisure Centre, Horfield Leisure Centre, Hengrove Park Leisure Centre, Kingsdown Sports Centre and St. Paul's Community Sports Academy.
