Second Step can offer the following support:

Supported Housing - support in shared, furnished houses or self-contained flats.

Rough Sleepers Initiative - designed as a flexible scheme for people with a history of sleeping rough.

Molitor House - temporary accommodation service for individuals recently discharged from hospital

Toll House Court - a collaborative project with Bristol City Council designed to reduce the number of vulnerable and homeless single people with mental health needs living in bed and breakfast accommodation.

Hillside Street - houses 6 tenants. Male only scheme.

Bed & Breakfast Service - individual support for people with mental health needs living in bed and breakfast accommodation.

Intensive Tenancy Support Service - an extended hours service with on-call facility designed to prevent people with complex mental health needs from losing their homes.

Community Supported Accommodation - high level support service for people with mental health issues or learning difficulties who want to move out of residential care or other institutional settings.

Floating Support Service - operates in North Somerset and B&NES and offers support to people with mental health needs who are moving into independent accommodation.

North Somerset Tenancy Support - operates throughout North Somerset and offers specialist floating support to people using primary and secondary mental health services. In addition provides housing and support through our supported housing projects in Weston-Super-Mare. Tel: 01934 645 999

Assertive Outreach - flexible service for people who find traditional mental health services difficult to use.

Positive Step - provides psychological therapies for people experience difficulties such as anxiety and depression in North Somerset.

Compass Health - provides primary health care to homeless people.

Wellbeing Service - provides psychological services to homeless people with mental health needs.

Answer phone when staff not available.
Access: Most projects are not fully accessible, but they try to provide adaptations wherever possible.
