The club is run by Hard of Hearing people for Hard of Hearing people. They meet monthly on a Tuesday at the Methodist Church Hall, High Street, Staple Hill, Bristol. Covers Bristol and South Gloucestershire areas.

The club is open to men and women and offers social activities e.g. entertainment, Bring and Buy sale, guest speakers, Bingo, outings during summer.

A loop system is installed at the meeting place.

Parking in Page Road and Pendennis Road.
