Manor Community and CoProduce Care CIC are conducting an extremely exciting project to give a voice directly to care users with learning disabilities, autism, mental health disabilities and complex needs affecting mental capacity.
They are providers with genuine aims and intentions who want to improve outcomes for those accessing care.
For this project they need to collect data by surveying those who are accessing care services in the West of England(Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset)
All data will remain anonymous and confidential.
Your participation will help them to advocate for better localised funding to support integrated social care.
