A brand new volunteer initiative in the heart of Shirehampton is launching in January 2022. Shire JTE Hub is a Jobs, Training and Enterprise Hub based in Shirehampton at the Methodist Church. They will be providing courses locally that will inspire, motivate and encourage people to gain new skills, improve confidence and enhance wellbeing.
They are kicking off the New Year with a Digital skills course starting on the 27th January. As well as the course they are running a Café every fortnight starting on the 11th January 2022 to provide support for jobs, training and enterprise or even just an opportunity for cuppa and a chat.
They cover: Lawrence Weston, Sea Mills, Avonmouth and Shirehampton.
