LEAP – Join Us in Tackling Loneliness Through Technology!

Are you or someone you know living with a neurodegenerative disorder and experiencing feelings of loneliness? We invite you to be part of an important co-design project aimed at creating technology that helps alleviate loneliness.

We’re working with researchers and designers to develop innovative tech solutions tailored to your needs. By participating, you’ll share your experiences and ideas in a supportive workshop environment – all while collaborating with others who understand what you’re going through.

  • Participate in 5 engaging workshops (2 hours each) in Bristol.
  • Collaborate with a small group of participants and researchers.
  • Take part in discussions, activities like drawing and modeling, and test prototypes based on your ideas.

***Receive £50 per workshop and reimbursement for travel expenses!***

Who Can Participate:
This project is for individuals diagnosed with neurodegenerative disorders (e.g., dementia, Parkinson’s) who often feel lonely. Carers are welcome to assist, but the focus is on your experiences. Your input can lead to meaningful developments in technology, aimed at reducing loneliness, and your insights will be valued and respected.
