ActiveBeing have some brilliant activities happening!!

ActiveTalk – 1:1 walk and talk provision proven to improve mental wellbeing. 8 x 60min sessions in local green spaces.

CreativeBeing – 8 session course in natural environment developing a range of innovative arts based skills.

Wild Women – 8 session course run fortnightly where women can build confidence in being outdoors and re-connect with nature.
