Feedback about bus services
Any feedback relating to a commercially run bus service should be reported directly to the bus operator. Details of bus services across the area and the operator responsible for running them can be found at Travelwest.info/bus/service-feedback-lost-property
If bus users do not get a satisfactory response after contacting bus operators, or if they continue to have issues with a commercially run bus service they have the option to contact the Traffic Commissioner. The Traffic Commissioner is the industry regulator, with the potential to impose penalties on operators.
